6 week program: Junior Chef Level 2 (ages 9-12)
Dates: Saturdays, May 10, 2025 - June 21, 2025 (no class May 17)
Time: 2 pm-4pm
Location: Lion’s Den at Riverside Lions Estates, 188 Worthington Ave
Designed as a follow-up to our Junior Chef program, this class is designed to expand your child’s culinary skills. Participants will learn more advanced recipes and techniques such as pan-frying, searing and making pan sauces.
Prerequisite: Completion of the 6-week Junior Chef program, or instructor approval
